Nel fermare il piano di Doofenshmirtz di assorbire i poteri del fratello (poteri puramente politici, come inaugurare edifici, aumentare le tasse, ecc. ecc.) Perry distrugge il nuovo -inator di Heinz che doveva riuscire ad assorbire i poteri del fratello e immagazzinarli in un contenitore, ma l'inator riesce a sparare un ultimo raggio che rimbalzò sulla base spaziale di Phineas e Ferb colpendo i supereroi della Marvel. Lo S.H.I.E.L.D. rintracciò quindi come fonte del raggio Phineas e Ferb, decidendo di mandare da loro i supereroi per chiarire la situazione.
